What Customers Need to Know

• About the Bag Supply: Due to a temporary lack of appropriated funding, commissaries are currently rationing single-use bags. Stores are using the remaining supply from last year until new appropriations allow us to replenish our stock. Once funding resumes, DeCA will quickly restock bags as they are readily available from our supplier.
• Bagging at Checkout: Baggers will continue to provide assistance for customers who request it. However, patrons are encouraged to bring their own reusable bags or use bags brought from home.
• Reusable Bag Options: Customers can bring their own bags or purchase reusable and hot/cold bags available in stores. Commissaries will increase reusable bag options based on demand to ensure there are enough choices.
• Commissary CLICK2GO® Orders: For online orders, items will be brought to vehicles in crates or carts if no bags are purchased. Customers can specify how many bags they would like to buy in the order notes. Bags will only be added and charged if requested. Customers may also use their own bags at pickup or receive items without bags. Notifications will be posted at pickup locations.
