1. How do I find my Military DoD ID number?

2. How do I place a Commissary CLICK2GO order for delivery?
  • Access CLICK2GO from your computer or mobile device by logging into your shop.commissaries account
  • If you don’t have an account, register on the login page
  • Choose your preferred commissary location
  • Search for products or browse departments and categories
  • Select Delivery and complete checkout
3. What is the delivery radius?
Delivery is available within 20 miles of the commissary.
4. How soon can my order be delivered?
  • Delivery windows vary by store
  • Minimum 4-hour lead time from order submission
  • Available delivery dates and times are shown during checkout
5. Will I be charged a delivery fee?
Yes. Starting March 1, delivery prices may change due to service provider updates. Pricing is determined by the delivery service provider, not DeCA. Please view your store banner on shop.commissaries.com for fees specific to your area.
6. Can I tip the person delivering my order?
Yes. Tipping is optional and the amount is up to the customer.
7. Do I pay for my order online?

Payment is collected online.

Your total may be slightly higher or lower due to random weight items such as produce and meat.

DeCA charges the item price in effect at the time of pickup or delivery.

8. What are Commissary CLICK2GO’s operating hours?
  • Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (hours may vary by location)
  • Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, up to six days in advance
9. What forms of payment do you accept?
  • Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
  • Not accepted: Cash, checks, EBT/WIC vouchers
10. What should I bring to pick up my order?
Your military ID or authorized agent card is required.
11. How do I cancel my Commissary CLICK2GO order?
Orders can be canceled up to 5 hours prior to delivery time.
  1. Log into your shop.commissaries account
  2. Select My AccountMy Orders
  3. Select the order and click Cancel Order
  4. Select Yes to confirm
12. How do I add notes to my order?
  • Select the grocery cart in the top-right corner
  • Scroll down and select View Full List
  • Choose substitution preferences and add instructions in the Add Notes section
13. How does Commissary CLICK2GO substitute out-of-stock items?
  • You may set substitutions for all or individual items
  • Substitutions are similar items in closest size and price
  • Unapproved substitutions can be removed at delivery
  • If an in-store item isn’t listed online, request it in the comments section
14. Does Commissary CLICK2GO accept coupons?
  • Yes, digital coupons on the DeCA Rewards Card
  • Paper coupons are not accepted
  • Clip coupons before adding items to your cart
  • Add your Rewards Card number in the notes section
15. How do I return an item?
  • Returns must be handled inside the commissary at customer service
  • Refunds follow CLICK2GO return policy
16. What are the delivery fee costs?
  • 0–10 miles: $17.75
  • 10–20 miles: $31.25
  • Tips are optional
17. What information is required to use CLICK2GO Delivery?
  • All Commissary CLICK2GO Delivery customers must provide complete contact information, including a valid phone number with area code, so we can communicate about any issues or questions regarding their order.
