Delivery Details
How can I place a Commissary CLICK2GO order for delivery?
Log in or register on the shop.commissaries website, select your store, add items to your cart, choose Delivery, and complete checkout.
Are substitutions allowed for out-of-stock items?
You may choose whether or not to allow substitutions. If approved, a similar item in size and price will be selected. Substitutions can be declined at delivery.
Can I cancel a delivery order?
Orders can be canceled up to three hours prior to the start of the delivery window through your online account.
What is the delivery area?
Delivery is available within 20 miles of the commissary.
What are the delivery hours?
Delivery is typically Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hours may vary by location.
How long does it take to receive my delivery?
Delivery times vary by store, with a minimum three-hour lead time. Available delivery windows are displayed at checkout.
Payment Details
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. Deliveries up to 10 miles cost $17.75. Deliveries between 10–20 miles cost $31.25.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is collected online at the time of order. Final totals may vary slightly due to weighted items and substitutions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Debit and major credit cards are accepted. Cash, checks, and WIC are not accepted.
Should I tip the delivery driver?
Tipping is optional and at your discretion. Tips may be added at checkout.
Do you accept coupons?
Digital coupons on the DeCA Rewards Card are accepted. Paper coupons are not accepted.
Can I return an item?
